The project includes the renovation and revitalization of the monumental Tripolis buildings (completed in 1994), combined with the development of a spectacular, new rectangular building, the landscraper.
This landscraper follows the shape of the site’s southern boundary and therefore acts as a sound screen, protecting the complex and future housing developments from the noise of the adjacent A10 highway. This combination of old and new buildings creates an unique environment in which developer Flow Development puts the user completely at the center.
The building provides, among other things, high-quality office space and meets the latest innovations in the field of sustainability, well-being and technology. At the campus area new additions like public gardens, private roof parks and other services, turn this area into a green urban oasis for its occupants and visitors, located in the heart of Amsterdam!
Tripolis-Park is a unique project with a focus on technological innovation. The technical parties involved, the so-called Smart Partners of Tripolis-Park, have worked closely together from the start of the project. During the built, together these Smart Partners developed various new solutions in the field of indoor climate technology. All exclusively for Tripolis-Park.

HC KP has developed special climate islands for the existing buildings, for which Barcol-Air supplied the VAV terminals including controls. Specifically for the new construction, HC KP supplied closed climate ceiling systems, combined with VAV terminals with controls and grilles of Barcol-Air.
HC RT took care of all control technology, both for the floors and for the central installations and the Building Management System. In addition, HC RT provided the Smart Building infrastructure and the technology for all technical installations of Tripolis-Park.
